We are experts in computerised orbital micro-TIG and manual welding
Orbital Fabrications operate procedures to BS EN28Y77,
BS EN2877, ASME IX and JIS B8243 which together with the latest equipment makes us one of the leading companies in our field
We can accommodate orbital welding from 1/16" up to 4" diameter typically. We also micro-TIG weld intricate assemblies down to O.1mm (0"004) thick
The range of fabrications that we manually weld is as diverse as from rnicro-TIG assemblies such as fine gauge bellows through to 6" bore valve stubs
The above processes can be done in a range of materials from precious metals and copper alloys through to the various grades of stainless steel which includes high nickel alloys similar to AL6XN and Hastalloy
We specialise in the design and build of point of use gas cabinets, change over panels and electro mechanical control units. We also fabricate high quality vacuum exhaust systems
Allied to the increasing concern of pollution of the environment we have become involved in the development of equipment for exhaust gas filtration prior to exhaust to the atmosphere .
Our current plans envisage a doubling of our production floor space to upgrade our existing clean room facilities and with the active pursuit of recognition with IS09001 we are confidently entering the 21st century
